Ms. Irina Amarghioalei has more than 7 years of experience as an attorney at law and a vast expertise in various areas of legal assistance, including corporate and commercial law, real estate, medical industry issues, various contracts negotiating and drafting, regulatory advice, litigation and disputes.

For almost two years, Ms. Irina Amarghioalei has advised, as the head of the legal department, one of the largest investors in the medical industry, being involved in the negotiation of medical services agreements concluded with the state authorities for the medical social insurance system, the authorization procedure of various medical centers, the negotiating and drafting of various contracts such as leasing, concession and maintenance agreements, thus acquiring an extended knowledge of the medical legislation.

She also has a significant experience as a litigator, successfully assisting her clients in a broad range of litigations matters such as: commercial, privatizations, civil, family, real estate, shareholder’s disputes, employment and enforcement procedures.
