Mr. Lucian Nedrita's primary areas of expertise are corporate and commercial law, employment law, competition and intellectual property law. After earning his Law Degree from the University of Bucharest, he has joined the associated law firm of one of the “Big Four” audit and consulting companies present at that moment on the Romanian market, where he has practiced for almost seven years, advising major Romanian and international clients on a wide range of legal issues, such as company incorporation and corporate life issues, hiring and dismissal of personnel, including collective lay-offs, obtaining the necessary clearance from the Romanian Competition Council for major, international level acquisitions, real estate ownership validation and acquisition, etc. Mr. Lucian Nedrita was also directly involved in numerous due-diligence reviews performed on major Romanian companies, active in various fields such as heavy industry, insurance, medical and pharmaceutical.

In the spring of 2006 Mr. Lucian Nedrita has joined the newly formed Salcianu Attorneys at Law where, apart from assisting major international companies on their Romanian implantation and acquisition plans, he is also advising Romanian clients on issues such as group restructuring and management structure optimization, acquisition/transfer of intellectual property rights, key personnel services agreements, real estate ownership validation and acquisition, international supply agreements, various employment legal issues, etc.

Mr. Lucian Nedrita also has a comprehensive knowledge of European Law, since he also holds a Law Degree from the Pantheon – Sorbonne University, French-Romanian Law School for European Studies. Aside from his native Romanian, Mr. Lucian Nedrita is fluent in English and French and has a working knowledge of German and Italian.

Mr. Lucian Nedrita has been, over the past years, a contributor to the legal columns of several prestigious Romanian business reviews. He is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since the year 2000 and is entitled to plead in front of all levels of jurisdiction in Romania. ^ Top
